Our craftsmanship is meticulous and rigorous; the actual items are even more beautiful than the photos. Natural stones may exhibit inherent characteristics and signs of hand-polishing, which can result in: Slightly crooked drilling / black spots / internal cracks / minor chips (within 0.2cm) / cloudiness / asymmetry, and other imperfections. Furthermore, each crystal is handled with extreme close attention (within 10cm) during the crafting process. Natural imperfections such as mineral inclusions / black spots / internal cracks / cotton-like inclusions / crooked drill holes are unavoidable. We notice these minor flaws, but as they do not affect wearability or the overall aesthetic from a normal viewing distance, they are considered normal and will be shipped as is. Indoor natural light by a window: Photos will capture more concentrated colors, appearing deeper. 2. Outdoor natural sunlight with green foliage: Colors may appear lighter due to the sun's yellow tones. 3. Indoor white light in a photo studio (video): This provides the closest representation of the actual product color. Please proceed with your purchase only if you are comfortable with these three different color interpretations. Sensitivity to metals varies from person to person. If you do not experience allergic reactions when wearing pure silver or pure gold jewelry, we suggest trying 1-2 lower-priced items first. Conversely, if you are sensitive to pure gold or pure silver, we do not recommend purchasing. ✧ 【About Packaging】 All items are shipped with the following minimalist packaging: (Simple card / eco-friendly recycled paper) (Clear bag / to prevent dust, tangling of delicate chains, and minimize air exposure) (For purchases over NT$600, a kraft paper box is included / this box is for safe transit and not a gift box) We intentionally avoid unnecessary single-use packaging materials to address environmental concerns and waste. We exclusively use [Japanese Kiwa Seisakusho adjustable screw-back] clip-ons. These are exquisite, maintain their color well, and their adjustable tightness makes them suitable for customers with thick or thin earlobes. In the past, we tested silicone clip-ons (which yellow and become brittle after a while due to sweat and dirt, losing their elasticity) and spring-loop clip-ons (whose springs fatigue over time, leading to looseness and damage). While these two types of clip-ons are more delicate and aesthetically pleasing, their lifespan is too short, hence they are no longer offered. ✧ 【About Minor Customization】 The position, quantity, and spacing of gemstones in our products can be slightly adjusted. Please use the messaging system to discuss your ideas with the designer before placing an order. Do not place an order and make payment before contacting us for adjustments. You are also welcome to draw your ideal design sketch and send it to us for custom orders. Fully custom-made items are not eligible for any discounts or promotions. ✧ 【No Returns or Exchanges】 All items are made to order after payment is received; there are no pre-made finished products in stock.
