We recommend scheduling delivery one or two days before the celebration. Place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw the day before the celebration. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen home delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please ensure the pet's ears and face are not cropped out of the photo for the best results. 【Ordering Information】 ‧ We recommend ordering cakes 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to order within this timeframe, please message us to inquire about availability before your pet's birthday. ‧ Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please schedule delivery one or two days before the celebration, not on the celebration day itself. ‧ Orders with added fondant toppers will be updated daily based on the monthly order volume. You can place an order within the specified delivery date options. ‧ As these are custom-made cakes, production will only begin after your order is placed and payment is completed. If payment is overdue and the order is canceled by the system, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and production will not be arranged. ‧ If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request at least seven days before the original delivery date. Cakes piped with mashed sweet potato cannot have writing, and color and style options will be limited to the natural sweet potato color. 【Main Cake Body Ingredients】 · 〈For Dogs〉: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds · 〈For Cats〉: Meat + Crushed Dried Fish + Chia Seeds ‧ If there are no allergens, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by all pets. ‧ The main cake body will be filled into the mold to the specified amount. The amount of moisture lost during baking varies with each batch. The 【Size and Portion Guide】 is for reference only. 【Color Palette and Style】 · Piping colors are achieved using natural fruit and vegetable powders. · Please specify your desired style and color palette in the remarks section when ordering. 〈If no remarks are made, we will create a random combination.〉 Cookie decorations are randomly selected. · Due to varying sensitivities to color tones among different designers, only color palettes can be chosen. The depth of color within a palette will be determined by the designer. 【Thawing Instructions】 ‧ We recommend refrigerating the cake for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, thaw at room temperature or microwave on low heat. Consume within 2-3 days. ‧ Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some condensation is normal during this process. ‧ For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap border will be applied around the cake during shipping. Please remove this bubble wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. ‧ When refrigerating or freezing, keep the cake inside its box to prevent the surface from drying out due to direct exposure to cold air, which can cause severe cracking. 【Shelf Life】 ‧ When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15-20 days. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. 【About Fondant Toppers】 ‧ Fondant toppers can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. ‧ Fondant toppers are customized based on the pet's appearance and fur color, in a cute, chibi style. ‧ Fondant toppers are made from fondant, which is composed of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pets to consume. ‧ Upon receiving fondant toppers, allow them to return to room temperature.
