My 'Linna' indigo dyed shoulder bag in oatmeal
linen fabric.
Weaving textiles and indigo dye is a long tradition
in northern Thailand. We love the reflection of nature
in the simple cotton or linen cloth.
Natural indigo dye was once everywhere, the people
of the north wearing simple farm clothes dyed a deep
blue color.
I love to use the traditional materials and mix them with
modern design style and at the same time, honor the
beginnings of our traditional fibers and native plants.
Linna (meaning blue flower) bag is dyed one at a time
and painted with more indigo color. A simple leather
strap makes an easy, effortless shoulder bag.
Accented with leather pull tassel on the zipper,
inside the bag is lined with 100% cotton.
A simple, easy, effortless modern style with
traditional roots.
measures: 37.5 x 31 x 10.5cm – 14 3/4 x 12 1/4 x 4 1/8 in
