The toy is knitted flat with joining seaming the details FINISHED SIZE of the toy is approximately 11 cm/ 4.33 inch long – in sitting position ( or about 6-7 cm if you use 2mm needles) This pattern is really easy and fast. It fits the beginners if you have the basic skills of knitting and sewing the details. But it also can be interesting for the average level knitters. The pattern contains 2-shade details knitted in different techniques. You can make up the toy in different ways so your skunk can be in sitting or standing position. You can also make experiments with the yarn choice and make for example the chipmunk by simply choosing the beige shade and embroidering the black stripe along the white stripes on the back. Please note: this is not a readymade toy. Materials not included. MATERIALS: Needles - 3.25 – 3.5 mm needles ( or 2.00-2.5 mm) Toy filling for stuffing, Toy eyes or beads 6-10 mm You will also require some stitch markers Knitting needle for sewing the details YARN: Alize natural or Alize Classic NOTE: You may use any other yarn you want of any other shades, it can be wool, mohair, cotton etc., in this case the finished size will be different.
