These are not rust, and such surface changes do not affect safety or usage. - This product is manufactured using safe techniques, utilizing edible oil for lubrication during stamping without any acid pickling. Because no electroplating or coatings are used, minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear on the surface. These are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided under safe production methods and are not defects. - The logo is created using high-temperature laser energy to induce a natural color change on the titanium surface. It is not a coating or a print, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetics. Additional Notes: - Marks resulting from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal phenomena inherent to the manufacturing process. - Residual water marks or stains after cleaning are characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first cleaning, wash several times with a standard neutral detergent. You may also wipe it thoroughly with a paper towel soaked in edible oil to easily remove residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then clean with neutral detergent. As the production uses edible oil and avoids acid pickling, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. The non-toxic, pure titanium manufacturing process allows for safe scrubbing. 2. If burnt or stuck with residue, use the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel wool pad to scrub gently. 3. If colored titanium surfaces are scrubbed or reveal the natural metal color, rest assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is non-toxic and contains no harmful heavy metals, making it safe for scrubbing. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based products such as stain-removing powders, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these will permanently strip the titanium's color and luster. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. During initial steaming or boiling, or after washing, food stains or large areas of blue-purple patches may appear. If unheated, brown patches may appear after washing (these are not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are natural metal characteristics or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear with time. 2. Square tableware is more prone to stress release, making color variations more pronounced and brown patches more likely to appear. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking trays may exhibit purple-blue color changes when exposed to oven temperatures above 250°C or direct flame. This color is permanent but does not affect safety. 4. Large flat shapes are more prone to warping when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium tends to retain water spots, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this concerns you, dry the item immediately after washing to maintain its appearance. 【Appliance Compatibility】 Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer items are not suitable for heating. Dish Dryer: Suitable. If residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is simply dried oil and will vanish once properly cleaned. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water marks, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove: Direct flame is okay, but do not heat when empty; please use low to medium heat. Electric Steamer, Air Fryer, Ceramic Hob, Electric Stove: Suitable. Oven: Suitable. Any color changes from high heat are physical properties of titanium and remain safe to use. Microwave: Not suitable; poor efficiency. Induction Cooktop: Not suitable; almost no magnetic conductivity.
