A bracelet strung with Kingman Turquoise, Gold-Red Whiteheart beads, Turquoise Blue Chevron beads, and Navajo Pearls.
The soft, mint-green beads are Kingman Turquoise, known for its excellent color saturation and gentle hue.
This turquoise is sourced from the Kingman Mine in Arizona, USA.
Each bead offers a refreshing clarity, with some transparent sections visible.
(Size: 0.7cm length, 0.8cm width, 0.6cm thickness)
The deep red beads are antique beads called Whiteheart. They are named for their white core, or "heart." These are Venetian beads from around the 19th-20th century. The deep red hue of these Whiteheart beads is achieved through a process using gold, making them rare "Gold-Red" Whiteheart beads.
The turquoise blue beads are antique Venetian beads known as Chevron. These feature a distinct four-layer construction.
The word "Chevron" in English refers to a "zigzag" or "mountain range" pattern (in Italian, they are called Rosetta). They are considered the "nobility" of beads, holding significant value and meaning.
Turquoise blue Chevron beads, in particular, are rare and difficult to find!
The small, round beads and tiny, grooved barrel-shaped beads used for stringing are Navajo Pearls.
These are made of 925 sterling silver.
Originating from the silverwork traditions of Native American tribes, they are called Navajo Pearls due to their resemblance to actual pearls.
The oxidized finish on the top and bottom adds a cool aesthetic!
The vase-shaped components are also silver, each handcrafted individually.
The floral-shaped charms are silver with 18k gold plating.
The clasp is made of Karen Silver.
