1. Due to different light and display configurations, and personal understanding of colors, color differences are unavoidable. The actual product shall prevail.
2. Size error: The product size is the official size of the brand. Due to different measurement methods and measuring tools of each person, there will be a slight difference from the marked size. Please refer to the actual product.
Return and exchange service:
1. Return and Exchange Instructions
Please contact customer service before returning or exchanging goods, and take photos of the goods, packaging, accessories, instructions, etc., which are brand new and confirm with the customer that they are correct before proceeding with the return or exchange process. If the product, packaging, accessories and other instructions are missing or damaged, which affects secondary sales, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.
2. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed under the following circumstances:
(1) Goods cannot be returned if they are stepped on, bumped, scratched, damaged in appearance, or have been used, modified, or have the tag cut off.
(2) Returns and exchanges require that the original packaging (carton, inflatable foam, filler) be carefully packed and sent back. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if the goods are damaged during logistics due to packaging.
(3) If the outer packaging of the product is damaged or the packaging is wrapped with tape, which affects secondary sales, the product will not be returned or exchanged.
