Since the studio needs to prepare materials before the activity, if you want to cancel the experience activity, please inform us three days before the activity (including the day), and you can choose to change the day or get a full refund; full refunds will not be accepted within three days before the activity, and will be charged accordingly 30% of all expenses incurred.
On the day of the event, it is recommended to wear dark clothes or clothes that are not afraid of getting dirty▫️Entrance is open 15 minutes before the event. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please try to arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund. ▫️
A group of people is one big and one small. Space is limited, and the number of attendees is mainly based on the number of registered applicants. Those who have not registered are not allowed to attend or accompany. If you need to increase the number of people, you will be charged an additional 350 yuan per person, and please inform the increased number of accompanying people in advance.
If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Ma'pin will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
In case of a typhoon, the experience and refund standards will be based on the suspension of classes in Taipei City, regardless of the location of the participants. ▫️
