[Important Notes] - For printed products (e.g., certificates, invitations, thank-you cards, pastry cards, stickers), printed paper goods will be shipped. Digital files are not provided. - Different paper types will yield different visual results for printed items. Please inquire beforehand if you have specific paper preferences. - Portrait drawing typically takes about 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The exact completion time will be communicated in advance, adjusted based on the current order queue and drawing complexity. - A preliminary draft with a watermarked line sketch will be provided. One free revision can be made within 7 business days of the initial draft. - Drawings are based on the main subject's photograph (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). Please inquire beforehand if you have special requests for modifications, such as altering angles, clothing, or poses, or adding elements not present in the reference photo. - After production begins, modifications to the original reference photo, complex changes, or post-coloring adjustments (e.g., changing facial features, swapping reference photos, altering outfits, changing poses, adding body parts not shown in the photo) will incur an additional fee. - If you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos after production has started, it will be considered a new order and require a separate purchase. - No modifications can be made once printing has commenced. - As these are custom-made products, returns, exchanges, and cash-on-delivery are not possible. - Finished products may be publicly displayed. Please inform us in advance if you wish for your product to remain private. - Finished products will include a small signature from the designer.
