1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification" will be sent electronically.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and available seating.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID is required, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
