If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing an order. 「Production Time」 Most products in the design studio are made to order. Shipping times can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need to receive the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing an order to check for stock availability or if they can accommodate an earlier production time. Jewelry processed by the factory requires more time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved items, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
