The indicated prices are not the actual costs. ◌ Kindly contact us first via private message with photos of the pet you wish to immortalize. We will provide a quote after confirming the details. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a waiting period of several months for queue placement. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to place your order. Upon completion of the deposit order, your spot in the queue will be confirmed. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we send you completion photos for your confirmation. Once you are satisfied, please proceed to your dedicated final payment listing. ◌ One month prior to the commencement of creation, changes to facial expressions and poses will no longer be possible. Therefore, please ensure all details are finalized at the outset, including any specific requests for the creation process. ◌ For customization, please provide photos of the pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural lighting without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during the creation process. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, consider a framed bust. Only a front-facing photo would be needed for this option. If you still prefer a full-body piece, please feel free to message us; we can explore different solutions based on the situation. ◌ During the creation process, we may encounter unclear details and will need to consult with you. Please ensure you remain reachable for communication. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished product from all angles for your confirmation. Any adjustments to patterns or small details can be requested and will be accommodated. However, modifications to fur color and eye color are not possible, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions compared to the reference images. ◌ Free repairs are limited to a maximum of 5 times. Charges will apply for repairs exceeding this limit. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be carefully packed and shipped. (We will confirm with you before sealing the package, thus returns or exchanges will not be accepted after shipment.) ■ Specifications: ◌ Framed Pieces: Available in two sizes: Half-body (fits a 4x6 frame) and Headshot (fits a 3.5x3.5 frame). (The head size for dogs and cats is approximately 8-9cm wide.) ◌ For "Half-body framed artwork" orders, we use handcrafted wooden frames from Tainan. Examples can be seen in the display area at the top of the page, specifically the first and second photos from the end. ◌ These frames are made of walnut wood, differing from mass-produced frames in their intentional carving marks and unique wood grain. ◌ The frames can be hung on a wall or displayed freestanding. ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body pieces, you may provide pet hair, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated into the body during the creation process using wool. (Optional: small colored glass bottles are available for purchase.) If you wish to incorporate real fur onto the surface of the artwork, its suitability will be assessed based on the hair's condition. Whiskers can be securely attached to the face of the piece. ⌑ We dedicate our utmost effort to each pet's artwork, which requires significant time. The creation process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity. Your patience is appreciated as we strive for the highest quality. ⌑ As these are works born from considerable effort and time, cancellations or refunds are not possible once creation has begun. ⌑ As the pieces are purely handmade, a 100% perfect replication of the original may not be achievable, and some degree of variation is expected. Please refer to our past works for an understanding of our artistic style before placing an order. ⌑ Actual sizes may vary by +/- 1-2cm. Minor variations in color and size are inherent in handmade items. If you have exceptionally high standards for product perfection, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering. We appreciate your understanding. ⌑ If surface fuzz or pilling occurs due to friction, simply trim it with small scissors. This will not affect the appearance of the wool felt. However, please avoid rubbing, pulling, or allowing your pet to snag it. ⌑ Photos of completed works will be publicly displayed on our personal Facebook page, Instagram, and other platforms. ⌑ The wooden plate and dried flowers shown in the display photos are not included with the actual product. ⌑ Optional add-ons are available: collars with engraved name tags, glass domes, or acrylic cases combined with dried floral arrangements.
