Paid repairs are available for human-induced damage. ・If you receive a defective product, please take a photo and message the designer within 15 days (and before unsealing). We will assist you with the issue. ・For hygiene reasons, personal accessories such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed or used. ◆ Care Instructions ・Avoid contact with water, sweat, alcohol, perfume, sunscreen, cosmetics, and other chemicals. ・Alloy accessories may oxidize and darken over time.
