1. Upon placing your order, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from the experience venue contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID Number, please provide the company name and Tax ID Number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
