◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
◗ Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Those without a ticket may not accompany others or join the activity.
◗ To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please arrive on time. Latecomers exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are ineligible for refunds.
◗ Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages incurred due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
◗ If participation is terminated due to reasons beyond your control, no refund will be issued.
◗ If the class is canceled due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund. In case of typhoons, the criteria for class suspension and refunds will be based on the announcements of the event's location, regardless of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on social media. In the future, the organizer may use images and videos containing your likeness for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
◗ Bringing companions or observing without participating is not permitted in the class.
If you need to cancel your reservation for any special reason, please notify us at least three days before the event date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued; only rescheduling or switching to another class is possible.
