◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
◗ Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Those without tickets may not accompany or participate.
◗ To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please arrive on time. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 15 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
◗ Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
◗ If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided.
◗ If the class is canceled due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. In the case of typhoons, the official work and school closure standards of the event location will be used as the basis for class commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on social media and other recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
◗ Bringing companions or observing without participating is not permitted in the workshop.
If you need to cancel your reservation for special reasons, please notify us at least three days prior to the event date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued; only rescheduling or switching to another course will be possible.
