We describe the color as Pine Soot Green, inspired by deep green jadeite with an ink like character. Natural snowflake like inclusions appear throughout the body, mixing with dark green, gray and lighter green areas to create a distinctive mottled appearance. The crocodile has a compact and playful form with visible details across the head, back, limbs and tail. Although the motif suggests a powerful business crocodile, the rounded proportions give the piece a charming and humorous personality. At approximately 20 mm thick, the carving has a substantial feel and works well as a small desk paperweight or collectible object. ──────────── 【Suitable For】 Ideal for those who enjoy Guatemalan jadeite, dark green tones, snowflake inclusions, animal carvings and small desk collectibles. The crocodile motif gives the piece a playful business themed character, making it especially suitable for an office desk or workspace. ──────────── 【Jade Archive】 This piece is part of the 10000 Jade Archive, an ongoing project documenting natural jadeite. Each piece receives its own archive number to preserve its color, form, carving and individual appearance. JA00483 Pine Soot Snow Crocodile This piece is archived under our Icy Pine Soot Green Snowflake color language. Deep green tones and natural pale inclusions spread across the rounded crocodile form, allowing the character of the original jadeite material to become part of the animal itself. ──────────── 【Jade Archive Series Concept】 The 10000 Jade Archive is an ongoing project dedicated to collecting and documenting natural jadeite. Our goal is to preserve 10,000 individual pieces and record the diversity of natural jadeite through color, texture, structure, carving and design. ──────────── 【Certificate】 A Taiwan Natural Type A Jadeite Certificate can be purchased separately: https://www.pinkoi.com/product/Xk255fYC ──────────── 【Why We Love Jadeite】 The beauty of natural jadeite lies in the fact that no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in color, crystal structure, natural inclusions and translucency all form part of its individual character. Rather than seeking complete uniformity, we enjoy documenting each piece as it naturally exists and preserving its unique identity within the Jade Archive.
