Course cancellation and change procedures: 1. If you cancel your course 7 days before the start of the course (excluding the start day), the payment will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies depending on the payment method. 2. If you cancel your course 6 to 4 days before the start of the course (excluding the start day), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. 3. Cancellation will not be accepted from 3 days before the course starts and the payment will not be refunded. ※How to change the date 1. Dates can be changed between 6 to 4 days before the course starts (excluding the departure date). However, this can only be changed once. 2. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess will be refunded and the shortfall will be supplemented. 3. No cancellation will be accepted for rescheduled activities. 4. Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the course starts to the day of the course. 5. If other students have already made reservations for other courses during the reserved time slot, the teacher has the right to ask the purchaser to cancel or change the time slot.
