For localized stains, gently brush with a small brush dipped in diluted detergent. 3. To prolong the lifespan of your piece, please refrain from machine washing or tumble drying. 《Important Notes》 1. As each item is handcrafted, slight variations in size are normal and expected. 2. Colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product. The actual item is the standard. Please do not place an order if you are concerned about this. 3. Pattern placement may vary due to the nature of fabric cutting, resulting in unique variations for each piece. Please consider this before purchasing. 4. Minor imperfections within the normal range are not considered product defects and are not eligible for returns. 5. Custom orders for fabric patterns are available. Custom items begin production after payment is received and typically take 3-5 days (excluding weekends). If you have urgent needs, please inquire with the designer beforehand. 6. To support environmental sustainability and minimize packaging waste, items are shipped in simple packaging, such as paper bags or padded envelopes/boxes. If you require special packaging, please message the designer to discuss options.
