Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may incur minor dents or scuffs. Packaging material cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the natural characteristics of the skin and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Actual product colors are final. Manual measurements may have a 1-3 cm allowable difference within international standards. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization labels or official logos) should not be counterfeited. 【Return/Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with its original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 2.
