1. As materials need to be prepared in advance, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made after this time cannot be accommodated.
2. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the organizer will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
3. You are welcome to bring beverages or food; please don't go hungry! However, we kindly request avoiding strongly scented items for a better experience.
4. The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. These may be shared on social media or used in future recruitment materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
5. For space and quality considerations, accompanying individuals who have not registered for the class are not permitted.
