【About customization】
Range: Can engrave simple pattern or logo/text + date
Engraving: By default, all LABELs are cleared and the front side is engraved. If a different pattern is engraved on the back side, an additional $100 will be charged. The color can be gold or Silver. If you need to add other colors, please communicate with us. Each additional color will cost an additional $50.
Artwork: If you cancel the order after the artwork is produced, you will be charged a design fee: $150 for artwork and $100/person for portrait design
Time: The work will be completed 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after the draft is confirmed.
Urgent: For urgent items, please be sure to communicate and confirm the delivery date in advance before purchasing the expedited service.
