If there is a defect that occurred before shipping, we will respond individually, so please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. 【Care Instructions for Plant-Dyed and Hand-Woven Products】 Plant-dyed products are less resistant to washing and sunlight than chemical dyes, and the color will change with use. Please pay attention to the following points when caring for and using them. Friction or getting wet may cause color transfer or fading. Please be careful of color transfer when wearing or using light-colored clothes or bags. If you use dark-colored clothes or bags together, color transfer will be less noticeable. Dark colors especially tend to fade easily, so we recommend washing once before wearing. Also, when washing, we recommend hand washing separately from other clothes. If using a washing machine, use a neutral detergent, put it in a net, and wash separately from other clothes on a gentle cycle. Avoid using a dryer and dry in the shade. ・About Starching In the case of fabric products, threads starched with rice may be used, but the starch will come off after washing 2-3 times.
