* To ensure a quality learning experience, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
* Latecomers will not receive individual explanations to ensure the class progresses smoothly for all participants. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the session.
* To safeguard the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those more than 10 minutes late. A make-up session can be scheduled once within two months.
* No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to avoid spills.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff upon arrival so we can avoid capturing your image. By not notifying us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images that include your likeness and work.
* The classroom operates by appointment only. Once a class is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once, within two months, under the following circumstances:
1. Inclement weather: Government-declared closures or suspensions of work and classes in your area.
2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as specified above).
4. Special circumstances: Discussable situations like personal illness or traffic accidents.
