1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
