The experience time is up to 30 minutes, and there is no limit on the amount of soil; an additional kiln fee of 800 yuan is required for firing.

If you need to bake, please inform us at the latest before starting production. The glaze color is limited to black and white, and each person is limited to one piece (about 20x20x20 cm in size)

Notes
1. Please trim your nails to a suitable length to avoid getting stuck in the nail gaps and difficulty applying force when pinching with your hands.
2. This is a pure process experience, and the finished product is not fired.
3. If firing is required, it can be decided on site, but please mention it before production.
4. After receiving the notification, the studio will keep it for one month. If it is overdue, we will not be responsible for the storage.

Course cancellation method:
1. If you notify us of cancellation 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), you will get a full refund.
2. If canceled within 2 days to 1 day before departure date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
3. If canceled within the day of departure, no refund will be given.
4. If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
5. It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, you can transfer your place. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
6. If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
1. The date can be changed within 4 days to 2 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer.
2. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded or the shortfall will be compensated.
3. No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
4. Date changes are not accepted from 1 day before the departure date to the same day.
5. It is recommended that if you need to reschedule within 1 day before the departure date, you can transfer your place. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
