For home delivery to other counties and cities, if the work is damaged or broken during delivery, please take a photo and contact the designer immediately. ． For protection of flowers and gifts, home delivery items are packed in simple cartons or paper bags.
． The flowers and potted plants are all natural plants. The shape and color of each rose are different. If you are particularly particular about the color of the flowers, please be sure to ask us before placing an order.

． Fresh flowers are cut flowers that have left their native soil and can last about 3-5 days if placed with normal water intake.
． Please try to avoid placing it in a hot and stuffy place or direct sunlight, as this will accelerate the aging and falling of the flowers. It is best to place it in a cool and ventilated place.
． It is recommended that if you want to extend the life of the flowers, please unpack the bouquet, cut the flower stems and change the water every day, and cut at an "oblique angle" each time.
