The French chef is Mr. Chen Yousheng, a cooking creator who loves life and is full of a spirit of exploration.
I like to draw inspiration from the little things in life and transform these experiences into delicious dishes, which I pass on to my guests with care. Having traveled all over Europe and Asia, he forged a unique style and vision in kitchens across the world. He also came to the profound understanding that the core of cooking is "free and borderless expression", and hopes to integrate the aesthetics of food into the lives of more people.
