Repairs for main components and round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the purchaser. In-person repairs require an appointment; please inquire about availability in advance. Damage resulting from obvious improper use or excessive force will not be covered under this warranty. ▍ Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or significant defects.
