A fee of NT$100 per photo will apply for any changes after the initial design is completed. 3. We aim for a natural look, adjusting lighting and tones without artificial beautification. If you prefer a beautified effect, please provide a pre-edited photo. Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Custom-made items are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your personalized product.) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us for assistance. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic preferences. Custom Order Guide // 1. Select your desired custom item and complete the payment. 2. After placing your order, please contact our customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. Within 1-3 days of starting the physical product design, we will provide a draft for your review and approval. 6. Upon confirmation, we will proceed with printing and production, which typically takes 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. We will inform you of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. If it's ready earlier, we will ship it ahead of schedule.
