Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, retaining unique grain patterns and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. Minor dents or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within the scope of acceptable conditions, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these natural markings, except for significant damage. Those who are sensitive to such variations should consider this carefully. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely captivating. **/ Color Variations /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying stock times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to new orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes. If no specifications are provided at checkout, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and that the embossing will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. Consequently, the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed. Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" are not eligible for an appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
