Initiated by the African Specialty Coffee Association (AFCA), Taste of Harvest is an annual harvest season cupping competition held before 12 coffee-producing countries in Africa. It is similar in nature to the COE Cup of Excellence competition. The TOH competition process is roughly as follows. In the preliminaries, batches with cupping scores below 80 points will be eliminated first. From this, the highest quality green beans in each region will be gradually selected to enter the national competition, and then selected by domestic and international judges. Cupping and scoring are conducted based on the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA), and the one with the highest score is the annual national champion. The Adorsi processing plant is owned by Testi Coffee, a coffee export company run by the Yonis family. It was founded in 2009 by Faysel A. Yonis. He was also the first person in the family to seriously invest in the coffee industry and also hired his nephew Adham, Adham grew up and studied in the United States, which is of great help to the company's expansion and marketing.
Testi Coffee currently has four washing plants in the four production areas of Guji, Yirgacheffe, Sidamo and Lim.
