【Why We Use Fur】 We want everyone to understand that creating memorial items with fur doesn't have to wait until after a beloved pet or person has passed. You can use a small tuft of fur collected casually in daily life to craft a one-of-a-kind "little companion charm." Creating a fur memorial is more than just remembrance; it's a treasure. It helps you capture the beautiful moments shared with your pet or loved one, allowing you to feel their presence anytime. 【Why We Don't Use Ashes】 We've chosen not to use ashes because we don't wish to divide a pet's ashes. However, we can create items using fur, whiskers, teeth, and nails. We use colorful, imported 104COE glass rods from Europe, ensuring quality and a rich diversity of colors. The pet's glass charms are approximately 8mm~10mm in size. Both the setting and chain are made of sterling silver (925), making each piece a unique work of art. Creation time is approximately 2 weeks (calculated from the date we receive the fur). We accept international orders, with shipping fees payable upon delivery or to be discussed separately. Please note the following: – The memorial materials we accept include pet fur, as well as other items such as feathers, nails, shed snake or lizard skin, baby hair, human hair, and teeth, which can be mixed. – As each piece is handcrafted, there may be slight variations, making every charm truly unique. – Please handle with care, avoiding excessive pressure to prevent damage. – As this is a custom-made process, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
