"Material Explanation" All items in our design studio are crafted after rigorous quality checks by the designer. Gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry. Silver materials are also sourced from reliable partners and coordinated with manufacturers. Plating processes utilize both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing an order. "Production Time" Most items in our design studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing an order to check for availability or if expedited production is possible. Items processed through our factory require a longer production time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D-printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$1000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$1000 require an additional purchase of a box). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple purchases will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging.
