We use lemon "Allen Eureka" with no pesticide residues made by Hiraoka Farm, which has a history of over 60 years on Awaji Island.
The skin and fruit are carefully cut one by one, and the fruit is soaked in sugar overnight.
Food waste is reduced by using even the skin, and in recognition of such efforts and taste, it was selected as a "Five Star Hyogo" by Hyogo Prefecture.
