Helichrysum Essential Oil, also known as “Immortelle” or “Everlasting”, is derived from the flowers of Helichrysum italicum with a sweet, earthy aroma that offers calming and soothing benefits. It is renowned for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, that promote skin healing and rejuvenation, particularly potent to sensitive or mature skin. Helichrysum Essential Oil is also known for its anti-spasmodic properties, that help to ease arthritis, spasms and muscle tension. Therapeutic Properties: Boost up immune system, Arthritis and Swollen Joints, Rheumatism, Liver Sluggish, Allergies, Eczema & Dermatitis, Anti-inflammatory, Insect Bites, Coughs Ingredients: 3% Immortelle Essential Oil (Helichrysum italicum) in Organic Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis) Origin: Morocco Extraction Method: Steam distilled Part Used: Flowers Note: Middle to Top Net Weight: 10ml Application: Skin caring: Add 1-2 drops of Essential Oil into 10ml of Carrier Oil (i.e. Jojoba Oil, Camellia Oil, Baobab Oil, Argan Oil), blended well and gently pressed the oil into clean skin, slightly damp face and neck, or mix a drop of Essential Oil into lotion or cream for extra benefits. * A patch test is recommended simply by applying a small amount of diluted essential oil to the inner arm over a period of 12 hours or longer to check for allergic reactions before applying it to face or on a larger area. Bathing: Add 4-6 drops Essential Oil of your choice into a bath of warm water, blended well and soak for 20 minutes. Massage: Add 3-5 drops Essential Oil of your choice into 10ml of Carrier Oil (i.e. Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Oat Kernel Oil) blended well and massage onto the affected area in a circular movement. * Do not apply essential oil to skin undiluted. Steam Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops Essential Oil of your choice into a bowl of warm water or essential oil burner, blended well and breathe in the vapour. Steam inhalation is especially effective for relieving symptoms related to the respiratory and nervous systems. Cold/Hot Compress: Add 3-5 drops Essential Oil of your choice into 10ml of Sweet Almond Oil, blended well and apply onto the affected area, cover up with hot or cold patch/ towel for the soothing process. Hot compress is good for soothing aches and pains, while cold compress for inflammation, fever, sprains, swelling and bruising.
