After completing your order, please use the "Contact Designer" option to upload your artwork file. We recommend a resolution of 150-300 dpi. Our designers will then confirm the details with you. Customization typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 2. Each notebook is handcrafted. After we receive your custom artwork and print it, there may be a slight deviation of 1-2mm from the simulated cover size. This can occasionally result in minor imperfections such as text on the spine not being perfectly centered or aligned, asymmetry, or white borders. While we strive to meet your specific requirements during production, please understand that due to the handmade nature of our products, absolute precision cannot be guaranteed. If you require machine-perfect accuracy, we kindly ask you not to place an order. 3. For any custom design requests, please communicate them with us before placing your order. Production will commence only after mutual understanding and agreement have been reached to prevent any misunderstandings. As custom items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable. Thank you for your support. 4. Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to individual computer monitor settings; the actual product color is the final reference. Each cover is manually cut and assembled after printing. Production runs are small, typically 10-20 notebooks per batch. If an item is out of stock, please allow 3-7 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays). Kindly check stock availability with us before ordering.
