🍅 No added preservatives or artificial additives
A classic plant-based protein staple in Indian culinary culture—simple, yet profoundly soulful. We select five types of lentils (black lentils, red lentils, orange lentils, mung beans, and pigeon peas), soak them overnight, and boil them in turmeric-infused water until tender. They are then slow-simmered for about 40 minutes in a tomato and onion curry base. It is a delicious choice for vegetarians and can also be paired with other curries to enhance both flavor and nutritional value.
🔥 Heating Instructions
【Quick Heating】
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, ensuring enough water to cover the curry pouch.
2. Place the unopened curry pouch into the hot water and continue heating for 5-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 75°C.
3. Carefully remove from the hot water, open the pouch, and pour out the curry.
【Healthy Heating】
1. Please thaw the curry pouch first.
2. Open the pouch and pour the curry into a bowl, cover it, and heat it using an electric steamer or microwave until the internal temperature reaches at least 75°C.
3. We recommend adding your preferred ingredients to the thawed curry sauce and simmering them together, adding 10-15ml of water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
