▶ Ticket Purchase Terms
1. Upon successful order placement, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be issued.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seating availability.
4. Due to material preparation needed after payment, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
