1. Introduction to metalworking tools & guidance from a professional instructor.
2. Measuring your ring size.
3. Beginning the crafting process with sterling silver material, including sawing and filing.
4. Texturing the surface using various forging tools.
5. Soldering and shaping.
6. Polishing and finishing.
7. Upon completion, you can capture a commemorative photo, preserving your beautiful moments and memories.

. This price is a reservation deposit to secure your experience slot and time. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of your experience after design selection.
. The workshop operates by appointment only. Please specify your preferred date and time in the order notes. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your booking.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details upon arrival.
. Materials provided for the hands-on workshop are for individual use; two people cannot share one set of materials.
. Cancellations made by the customer for personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling will incur a 30% service fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
Handmade experiences involve basic crafting during the workshop.
Optional post-processing by a professional jeweler will be done after the workshop. Your piece will not be available for immediate collection on the same day.
The production time is approximately 20–30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We will notify you once your piece is ready for collection or shipping.
