The Jonette Jewelry Company (JJ for short) is an American jewelry company founded in 1935. JJ's name comes from the names "John" and "Etta" of the two founders, who decided to honor their parents with this name. JJ is known for his fresh and creative jewelry designs, including human and animal figures as well as Christmas-themed jewelry. During the '80s, JJ launched two specialty lines: Artifacts, a line of novelty pins, and Santa Fe, a line of American Western-inspired jewelry. Until 2006, JJ devoted himself to the production of costume jewelry, especially known for charming figurines. These exquisite jewelry brands are still circulating on the secondary market and are beloved by collectors and enthusiasts.
