Warranty Period: Enjoy a two-year free warranty service from the date of purchase. * The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. * For issues outside the warranty scope or expired warranties, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, telescopic handles, and wheels are covered under warranty. * Defects arising from material issues or manufacturing flaws are also included. * This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasions), or liquid damage that affects usability. 3. Repair Process: * Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair. * Contact customer service before shipping the item back to us (buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs). * For repairs outside the warranty scope or expired warranties, our repair team will assess the cost and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence upon your confirmation. * If you do not agree to the repair cost, the item will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery for shipping fees. 4. Repair Duration: * Standard repairs: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). * Expedited repairs: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). An additional fee of $150 NTD applies for expedited service. * If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: For damage caused by airport handling or other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage: Items will be stored for three months from the date we notify you for pickup. Items not collected within this period will be considered abandoned, and we will not be liable for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1. Original parts may not always be used for repairs. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, replacement parts will be used. 2. When sending items for repair or warranty service, please pack them in a box. Do not hand them over to the courier unpackaged, as they may refuse to accept them. 3. Within the warranty period, free repair services as described are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is due to improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period. 4. For any damage incurred during airline transit, please file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim cannot be filed promptly, you will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
