Lay the tape measure or string flat and measure its length. We will use this measurement to calculate the appropriate size for you during production (Please do not add any extra slack yourself). Gently pull and adjust the bracelet with both hands, rolling each bead a few times. In most cases, this will restore its smoothness. * For items containing metal, when not worn for extended periods, sealing them in a zip-lock bag can help reduce oxidation. * The natural darkening of brass and sterling silver is normal. You can restore their shine by polishing them with a silver polishing cloth. * Natural brass can be polished to a shine using a damp cotton cloth with lemon juice or vinegar. If the item is made of composite materials, such as wood or pearls, avoid these areas. For such cases, use a cotton swab or a small toothbrush to treat small areas separately.
