If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and we will charge all expenses incurred at 30% of the ticket price. If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy the ticket again. Since the designer has to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
