As floral materials are prepared in advance, cancellations are not permitted after registration and payment. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may collect the materials to complete the arrangement yourself, or have the instructor complete it on your behalf for later collection.
Floral materials are subject to availability at the market. The actual materials provided on the day of the workshop will be used.
