・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new class time.
・Rescheduling is limited to class dates within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, refunds and rescheduling are "not accepted on the day of the class." Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
・In case of force majeure events (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or if public health authorities announce a work/school closure for the day, we will proactively notify all registered students. The class will be rescheduled, transferred to another class, or a full refund will be processed.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving "15 minutes after the scheduled start time" will be considered forfeiture, with no refund or rescheduling available.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, please arrive on time for your class.
・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days before the class. Please ensure your email and contact information are correct to avoid missing the notice. If you do not receive the notification, it might be due to system filtering; you can proceed directly to the class as we will not make additional phone calls.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions without tickets are not allowed to enter or participate to ensure the rights of other students.
・If the minimum number of 6 participants is not met three days before the scheduled class, Chuàn Chuàn Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the class and will notify students to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・To ensure a smooth class flow, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・The organizers may conduct photography and videography during the class as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuàn Chuàn Handmade Accessories' social media after the class. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the class, and we will take special care.
