Tien Giang Province is located in southern Vietnam and is a province in the northern branch of the Mekong Delta. The Mekong Delta is a low-lying tropical region with an extensive network of rivers, rice fields and marshes. It has hundreds of miles of canals that feed water deep into farmland. The land is so fertile that it has been a major agricultural area for more than a century. Tien Giang's cocoa beans are darker than other origins. We lightly roast it to bring out more fruity flavours. When just melted, you can feel the obvious spice flavor, with a sweet and sour like dried fruit. Towards the end, the sugary sweetness slowly appeared and lingered in the mouth for a while.
