▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your appointment date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after your order is placed and paid for, please book your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company registration number, please provide the company name and number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
