**The Creation Process**
Choose a staghorn fern you're drawn to, consider its orientation and desired pattern, then combine it with moss and a wooden board using fishing line or cotton thread to create a natural landscape that the fern will love.

・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue on the scheduled date and time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund and rescheduling policies are as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered guests may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer participants a choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
