・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase confirmation serves as your registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at your scheduled session time; no separate SMS or pre-event notification will be sent.
・Orders with unpaid status are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once a session is full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or by phone at (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund policies are as follows:
. Based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Educational Law Governing Private Tutoring and Continuing Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Institutions," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the commencement of the class, a refund of 95% of the total fees paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the commencement of the class, a refund of 90% of the total fees paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the commencement of the class, a refund of 80% of the total fees paid will be issued.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the option. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
. On the day of the workshop, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to pre-arranged materials and venue arrangements. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
. To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This activity is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate. Exceptions include situations where a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or for special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance for such exceptions.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met two days prior to the scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants a choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth workshop experience, please avoid lateness.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This course includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos of the workshop may be taken by the organizer for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your likeness in these materials.
・If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
