▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" via email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a standard receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
