■ Important Notes
Please read the important notes carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. It is recommended to operate carefully or wear clothing that is not easily stained. We cannot compensate for clothing damage if paint is accidentally spilled.
2. Due to platform process limitations, available spots cannot be updated in real-time. If the class is full, I will contact you privately to reschedule. If you do not receive a special notification, your booking is successful!
3. This course's techniques are primarily for adults aged 18 and above. Little artists are recommended to refer to other course options.
4. There may be photographers documenting the event to capture the full scope of the activity. Efforts will be made to avoid capturing frontal portraits. Photos and videos will be posted on our official FB and IG. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let me know in advance. Alternatively, if you'd like to have a record of the event, please also let me know. We welcome everyone to take photos together as a memento!
5. We are a small business and do not issue invoices.
■ Refund Policy
1. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, with no rescheduling or refund possible.
2. In case of natural disasters that meet the government's announced standards for work and school closures, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
3. Cancellations made 3 days before the class starts will receive an 80% refund due to course preparation costs.
4. Cancellations made within 3 days of the class start will not be refunded due to course preparation costs, but you will still have the right to change the date once.
